Tax Accountant – Future Partner Potential

The Role

Learning the business from the ground up and then progressing quickly to play a key role, the opportunity is to become a dynamic business contributor and to be confident of a challenging and rewarding future.

Working in our Chatswood office, you will be responsible for managing client work and relationships to provide quality service and advice.

Your role will be working in all areas of the practice and in doing so, as you progress we encourage you to keep learning and taking on more variation and responsibility. You will be consistently challenged and the work will keep you progressing professionally.

This role is a full time position with a long term view to be mentored to grow for the right individual. You will be working closely with the Principals and be part of staff planning of the practice in future years.

The Ideal Candidate

• “Can do” attitude
• Tech-savvy
• University qualified – Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting or Law
• 3 to 5 years experience working in Public Practice
• SMSF exposure is an advantage
• Proficient in the use of Xero, XPM, and HandiSoft
• Adaptable, with an eye for detail and eagerness to develop
• Service minded with customer service skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are nonnegotiable
